For UltraSports races, raising money for the battle against prostate cancer is strongly encouraged.  "Peanut Island 24" funds are donated to the "American Cancer Society", Palm Beach Area.  Donations are fully tax deductible. Funds are designated to their prostate cancer programming and to research.

Organizations receiving funds from UltraSports race-related fundraising in the past have included "Holy Cross Hospital" in Broward County, "The Cancer Foundation of the Florida Keys" in Key West, "Broward General Medical Center", "American Cancer Society" Palm Beach Area and "The Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center" at Georgetown University Hospital. Sources of fundraising include contributor donations, proceeds from an annual fundraiser held in connection with the KEYS100 race in early May, individual racer and relay team fundraising and race director donations.
