Transportation to and from the island for runners and their guests is free. For all runners, race entry allows full 24-hour access to the aid/food station throughout the event, including breakfast at the conclusion of the races on New Year's morning.
STARTING/FINISHING TIME SELECTION: 12 hour and 6 hour races (only) will each have two distinct start and finish times. When registering, runners must indicate their choice. Distances run by all runners from the two "heats" will be combined to determine overall placement, and winners. Those choices are:
12 hour race: December 31, noon until midnight, OR December 31, 10:00 PM until 10:00 AM on New Year's Day
6 hour race: December 31, 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM, OR December 31, 6:00 PM until midnight
FOOD AND DRINKS FOR NON-RUNNERS (FAMILY AND FRIENDS): Full access to the race food station is offered for the convenience of race guests. Cost is $30 for adults and $20 for children under 12. If interested, payment must be made when offered as part of the race registration process.
